Celebrating the Horse-Human Connection
GreenHorse Books recognized a need in the horse world for a reliable, expert-led publishing company built for horse people, and managed by horse people.
The equine industry is filled with passionate, hard-working horse lovers from a wide variety of disciplines. Cross-discipline understanding and real-world equine industry experience is needed to ensure that horse people receive accurate and reliable information from vetted experts whose voices deserve to be heard.
At our core, we are simply horse lovers who believe in the power of books, education, and a good story. We’ll spend all afternoon on our “quick stop by the barn,” share the 500 pictures we took last week of our horse in the exact same pose, and get up at 3am just to be first in line at the big annual tack swap.
GreenHorse Books is more than just a publisher. We’re horse girls who love good books and believe they matter now more than ever. Join our book club, online groups, and regular newsletter so we can share photos of our horses and work to build a better world for horses together.
